Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra UK Tour 2017

To mark their 60th anniversary, the Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra play London's Cadogan Hall as part of their first ever UK Tour. Conducted by their esteemed music director, Long Yu, the programme brings East and West together with UK premieres of works by two leading contemporary Chinese composers alongside iconic works by Britten and Stravinsky. This is a rare opportunity to witness one of China's most prestigious orchestras at their absolute best, as well as including performances from virtuoso cellist Jian Wang and sheng player Lei Jei.
