This is a conservation lecture about Oman's Whales, Dolphins and Turtles - including the rare Arabian Sea Humpback Whale off the ecologically rich coast of the Sultanate of Oman. Local naturalists Aida Al Jabri, Suaad Al Harthi and Rob Baldwin will give an illustrated lecture about recent field science projects that are contributing our understanding of this important marine environment. The role of tourism to protect the marine environment will also be discussed, accompanied by stunning new photographs from Oman.
