The Worlds First Wellness Shed

On October 19 2017, for one day only, GLORIOUS! is setting up The World’s First Wellness Shed at Boxpark, next to Shoreditch High Street train station.

Inside the beautifully decorated shed, built by Tiger Sheds, visitors will find a unique VR mindfulness experience that is designed to deliver some peace and tranquillity as well as promote the idea of mindful cooking and eating.

Users will be challenged to stir a pot of soup as slowly as possible to demonstrate the benefits of taking a few moments to be mindful – whatever you’re doing. The technology is accompanied by binaural music which aids the mindfulness experience.
