N22 Open Studios

The N22 Open Studios is back, now part of Love Wood Green festival 2017.

On 23rd and 24th September, over 100 artists will open their studios. The three Chocolate Factory studio buildings in the Wood Green Cultural Quarter are home to painters, print-makers, jewellers, sculptors and ceramicists. There are exhibitions too, Fatima’s Journey Location Stills (Afghanistan) by Yousaf Ali Khan in Karamel and abstract paintings by Joanna Wilkinson at Green Rooms.
The N22 Fashion cafe is an Open Studios pop-up in Chocolate Factory 1, where you can get a coffee and a snack and buy some crafts made by women undertaking enterprise training at Collage Arts. So, whether you are looking to liven up your living space or your wardrobe, or just want to want to spend an afternoon talking to the artists and makers who are resident in the Cultural Quarter – we would love to see you.
The Open Studios event is now in its 21st year and regularly attracts 13,000 visitors over the weekend. For the first time, N22 Open Studios is part of the Love Wood Green festival.
The artists and organisations in the Cultural Quarter make Wood Green a unique and exciting place to explore.
Come to the festival – take in a dance class, listen to some musicians and check out our eateries throughout our venues, from Kabaret@Karamel (vegan-vegetarian), I should be Souvaki@Green Rooms (Greek) to Garlic@the Community Hub (South Indian), or any of our top 10 local restaurants listed in the latest edition of Quarter. The Que section in the Quarter has over 40 suggestions of things to do over the coming months. This is why we Love Wood Green and we hope you will too!
