Speyburn Single Malt Scotch Whisky hosts ultimate St Andrew’s Day Feast

Speyburn, award winning Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky has partnered with Scottish culinary creatives Dram & Smoke, to launch an exclusive St Andrew’s Day pop-up worth raising a dram for.

On 30th November the Dram & Smoke team, famed for creating dining experiences in weird and wonderful venues, will boast a four-course menu of Scottish dining favourites, each expertly paired with a dram from the Speyburn whisky portfolio.

Each course will be totally unique, developed to capture the character of each Speyburn expression with authentic quality tastes and flavours that reflect the vibrant essence and stunning environment of Speyside, the home of Speyburn.

Hosted in a former furniture warehouse space in Brixton, guests will be greeted by a cocktail on arrival to get the good times going, before tucking in to a selection of bold food courses and whisky pairings. There will even be a whisky expert on hand for any buffs or enthusiasts looking to learn more.

Menu highlights include Kedgeree with Smoked Speyside Salmon Scotch Egg, an epic Connage Dunlop Cheese Fondue with Air-dried Scottish Ham, Fennel Salami, Rye Crouton and Pickles, carve at the table Saddle of Highland Lamb finished off by irresistible Sticky Toffee Tart with toasted Barley Ice Cream and Salted Whisky Butterscotch.
