A clandestine 1920s speakeasy party in a secret London venue completely lit by candles, with live jazz bands, cabaret and retro-DJs.

This event will have an extra Russian theme to mark the 100th anniversary of the 1917 Revolution, which saw thousands of exotic, elegant, cultured, and frequently hard-up White Russians fleeing with their furs and their tastes for luxury and decadence, making an impression everywhere they landed, from Paris to London, New York to Shanghai. These glamorous refugees, such as artist Tamara de Lempicka, film star Olga Baclanova and many writers, musicians and socialites, all helped shape the 1920s world as we know it.

There will be live music from Russian folk/jazz/klezmer band Atomek Soviet Swing. There will be cabaret from Champagne Charlie. There will be vintage vinylism from Auntie Maureen. And there will be vodka. Oh yes.

The bar will be dispensing classic cocktails with a Russian twist and the kitchens will be open all night, offering a three-course set menu as a preorder, plus a menu of bar snacks. Guests receive an email two days before revealing the secret location and are encouraged to dress in 1920s outfits—so pull on your flapper dress and furs, and get ready to Charleston.
