Come join us for a walk around the charming Kent towns of Eynsford and Shoreham. This will be a shorter walk (10km/6 miles) at a relaxed pace, with the focus on enjoying the countryside, the sites we see along the way and some great spots for lunch and a drink in a vineyard at the end of the walk!

We will travel together from Victoria Station and the day will include:

- two castles! Eynsford Castle, a 10th century small Norman castle that we will be able to walk around and Lullingstone Castle, that we will see from the outside

- the Victorian-era Eynsford railway viaduct, which makes for some nice pictures

- the pretty Kent towns of Eynsford and Shoreham. Shoreham was picked as the 2nd best village in Britain by the Times, but I think Eynsford looks even nicer - think medieval cottages surrounded by spring gardens and little bridges crossing streams meandering through the vilages

- a bring your own picnic lunch on a hill overlooking the Kent countryside

- we will try for some Bluebell spotting. There is an amazing bluebell wood on the way, but it is the end of the season

- we will visit a winery at the end of the walk, where we can get some drinks (local wine, but also beers, softdrinks etc) amongst the vineyards!

We will aim to travel back to arrive at Victoria at 4:30-5pm.
