Body Control Pilates is Europe's leading Pilates organisation and twice a year we hold Taster Week when you can come and try one off Pilates classes at special prices at The Body Control Pilates Centre in Bloomsbury.
Class sizes are small with 12 in a Matwork class and 9 in a Reformer class.
We provide all equipment, mats, water and have changing rooms. This Taster week is in partnership with Pukka Herbs, so each client receives a free pack of Pukka Tea!
If you are interested in training as a Pilates Teacher this is also an ideal time to come and see Body Control Pilates in action.
