The 888 Collective, a social enterprise, empowering people and organisations to take control of their mental fitness are set to run a series of free to attend Personal Development and Mental Health Management Courses with the first taking place on World Mental Health Day (10th October 2018).
The courses will be held in Omnibus Business Centre, 39-41 North Road, London N7 9DP on Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm - 8pm, with four spread across the month taking place on the 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st October.
The 888 Collective is committed to opening up conversations and empower people to accept responsibility and take control over their personal mental fitness, in a way that's never been available before.
Each of the courses will be delivered by Jana Dowling, Founder and CEO of The 888 Collective and will cover an introduction from her and an insight into the importance of personal development. The courses will also review a number of mental health issues, symptoms and management techniques as well as strategies and tactics for facilitating a successful return to work. The courses will conclude with a review and plan for the coming months.
