Macmillan Cancer Support Carols By Candle Light 2018

Now in its 28th year, the “Carols by Candlelight Concert” will be held in the glorious, Grade II-listed St Paul’s Church, Knightsbridge. This long-standing festive favourite raises vital funds for Macmillan - helping people living with cancer and their families receive essential medical, practical and emotional support.

This beautifully traditional service will be presented by Professor Alastair Bruce OBE and will feature

much-loved carols and seasonal songs for all to sing along to. There will also be readings from special guests of stage and screen including; actress Daisy Lewis, best known for her work on ITV’s ‘Downton Abbey’, presenter Matt Johnson, known for his work with ITV Daytime and Midsommer Murders’ Nick Hendrix will perform a solo of “O Holy Night”.
Carols will be performed by award-winning choir Vox Cordis. After the concert drinks, and delicious mini mince pies will be served outside the church.

The event hopes to raise £20,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support – enough to fund a vital Macmillan nurse for four months.
