FREE 5K London Running Club ('Rise and Run')

Westin Hotels & Resorts launches Rise & Run, a new running club planned to hit London’s Southbank in 2019.
 
Ahead of The Westin London City opening in 2021, Westin Hotels & Resorts will introduce a new running club, Rise & Run, to London in January 2019 as part of the runWESTIN initiative. Building on the brand’s wellbeing expertise and innovative introduction of Run Concierges, the monthly runs are designed to make it easier for everyone to seize the day ahead. The morning running club has been expertly curated, with Charlie Watson AKA The Runner Beans, to educate members on the benefits of beginning the day on the right foot. Throughout the year, the club will also invite the UK’s leading fitness and wellness gurus along to help members take control of the morning and turn it into a positive start to the day.
 
Free and open to all, the 5K Rise & Run will commence on Tuesday 8th January and take place on the first Tuesday of every month thereafter.
