About the event

Meet outside King’s Cross Station by the Henry Moore statue, for an 11am departure

Experience the stirring life and poetry of another great radical Romantic poet. We will visit fascinating landmarks in the lives of Percy Bysshe Shelley and Mary Shelley - from their first meeting to their notorious elopement and exile in Europe, where they created such ground-breaking masterpieces as Frankenstein and The Mask of Anarchy. This walk includes poetry and prose readings.
