Feeling disconnected from your body? Would you like to explore your creativity in a supportive shared space? Wanting to move but don’t fit in to mainstream dance or yoga classes? These workshops will include movement explorations, guided imagery, solo and partner work, writing and drawing to look at your body stories from a more creative perspective. Each session will focus on a different aspect of the body-psyche to discover a poetic language of metaphor that is unique and personal to you and includes your whole self.
