16.00 - 21.00: The Jazznights Ensemble and some surprise guests entertain you with a selection of jazz standards and easy-listening tunes in the Chart Bar. Starring will be Richard Simmons - a fine blues based pianist who has performed with musicians such as Ken Colyer, John Slaughter’s Blues Band and vocalists Liliian Boutte and Lulu! He will be joined by multi-instrumentalist Phil Brown (pno,sax, flute), irrepressible host David Silk (bass) and sultry vocalist Jacci Norris. Free entry – no need to book, bar snacks available (including a Sunday roast)), guest performers welcome.
