50 + Dance

A fun morning movement session for any able 50 year old and over. An opportunity to playfully get moving to a wide bag of movement and dance ideas, no complicated choreography and no fiddly steps .We dance to a broad playlist from hip hop to classical and everything in between .

Be prepared to try something new and explore some simple dance ideas.No experience needed but an open willing to give it a go. Wear comfortable movement clothes , barefoot or soft shoes . Skip, jump, and start the day with a shake .
