The UK has a growing appetite for exotic meats and in answer to this Weber has launched a limited series of Wild Cuts barbecue classes, where guests will learn to cook a range of non-traditional meats.
At the special edition Grill Academy classes, attendees will learn to prepare Wild Cuts such as wagyu steak, alpaca kebabs, wild boar burgers, roasted bone marrow and an ostrich scotch egg.
The special edition classes will take place between June and August at Meat N16 in Stoke Newington, and are an ideal activity for BBQ lovers this summer.
