ESENIA CBD’s Multi-Sensory Mindfulness Maze

Take a break from the busy city life and switch off your mind at ESENIA CBD’s Mindfulness Pop-Up. Immerse yourself in our peaceful ESENIA oasis in Covent Garden at the end of September.


This free event, hosted by ESENIA CBD, will encourage you to connect with your mind and body while exploring the Mindfulness Pop-Up, in a multi-sensory holistic experience. Experts will be ready to teach you how to maintain your well-being by incorporating ESENIA CBD into your daily routine.


The pop-up will consist of four multi-sensory zones: Reset Zone, Mood Maze, Cocoon Room, ending at the ESENIA CBD gift shop.


The Reset Zone is where visitors can try ESENIA’s natural hemp CBD spray - for the first time in the UK - to reset their senses before moving on to the rest of the maze.


Next, at the Mood Maze their bodies will be scanned, allowing visitors to focus on body self-awareness. A breathing den will be in this zone where you will be able to participate in a light-projected breathing exercise displayed on the wall so whilst visitors breathe, the room will breathe with them.


Then comes the Focus Cocoon where visitors can relax in an immersive, comfortable setting with guided meditation.


Finally, visitors will enter the ESENIA CBD pop-up shop where you can browse through ESENIA CBD deals, exclusively on this day only.
