All-Dayer at The Clarendon

An extended session in the Chart Bar from the Jazznights Ensemble performing a variety of jazz standards and easy-listening tunes with special guest saxophonist Paul Zec. In his youth, while at Cambridge University pretending to study, Paul became President of the Cambridge University Jazz Club. A very dear friend (and brilliant bass player) became so fed up with him telling members of the band how to play that he bought him a saxophone - from which there was no going back. He has since performed in iconic jazz venues including Ronnie Scott’s Club.
Later in the evening we will be joined by folk duo Skinner’s Rats to say goodbye to the old and in with the new – 2 days and 3 hours earlier than the rest of the country!

Entry is free and food is available (including a Sunday roast). Guest performers welcome.
