Pregnancy Fitness:
Look, feel and be toned up during your pregnancy with this seven week course. Our classes are totally unique using the Beez Kneez Superfit Mama to be Training system. We show which exercises you can do safely and effectively to stay fit and toned during your pregnancy. Our accredited prenatal instructor shows you demonstrations and correct technique to provide you a challenging and fun workout. And show you how to do the exercises at home. Each class provides cardio and Strength exercises for your legs, bottom and arms. Core Strengthening and pelvic floor and helpful stretches to ease aches and pains


Mamas and Babies Fitness:
Tone up after having a baby with this seven week course. Our classes are totally unique using the Beez Kneez Superfit Mama Training system providing strength training exercises to tone you up, cardio intervals to boost your metabolism and fat burn, core strengthening and pelvic floor exercises to flatten your mummy tummy and top stretches for a new mums aches and pains. Our accredited post natal instructor shows you demonstrations and correct technique to provide you a Challenging and fun workout with other mums. Feel more confident, toned, slimmer and energised and have some vital time out for you!

Catch up sessions are available if you are on holiday or ill during a course. (Two catch up sessions per course)
