Jazz Night at Horse

An exciting energising and entertaining evening of vocal jazz, this time with great vocalists Winnie Greer, Karl Charity ( normally on trumpet but he has a fantastic voice too!), and Cathy Hamlyn singing a wide variety of jazz standards from beautiful ballads , lyrical latin lilts to stimulating spirited swing and toe tapping up tempo numbers ; together with the truely great house band Caroline Cooper on piano, Shura Greenberg on double bass, Guy Clapham on drums with the wonderful guest tenor sax player Sarah Bolter ( and I am sure the equally wonderful Karl will play the odd bit of trumpet too!) An evening not to be missed ! This is being held on a different night ( WEDNESDAY 13th JUNE) to our usual night on the third Tuesday so all those who can't normally make a Tuesday do come!
