It is rare to see experienced therapists work live, this event will feature live CBT sessions by Windy Dryden with some volunteers. There will also be an opportunity to socialise and network. The event is for anyone interested in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and is open to all. Please register on the meet up web site below.

At this event

Nicola Martin Msc will give a short introductory overview of CBT for anyone who is new to the subject or needs a refresher!

Nicola has been involved in psychotherapy and hypnosis for over 20 years and has successful private practices in Harley Street and Balham. She is the Founder of The Institute of CBT Coaching and the Principal of The Institute of Clinical Hypnosis.

The Institute of CBT Coaching and The Institute of Clinical Hypnosis offer 'top quality' training and Nicola would be delighted to welcome new students who have a genuine interest in either of these areas.

The CBT Coaching Diploma starts this autumn and the internationally acclaimed Professor Windy Dryden will be giving 90 minute lecture slots.
