Following the success of our first Literary Weekend last year, we are delighted to welcome a host of top authors in 2013.

Saturday's programme begins at 11.00am with Sir Tim Smit, the indefatigable and inspirational force behind the Eden Project. He is followed at 2.00pm by Baroness Susan Greenfield, the distinguished scientist, writer and broadcaster. Prizewinning and bestselling novelist Kate Atkinson will be interviewed by Erica Wagner at 4.00pm and renowned biographer Sir Michael Holroyd will be in conversation with broadcaster Sue MacGregor at 5.30pm.

Sunday's session begins at 12.30pm with eponymous chef, Antonio Carluccio, followed by one of the leading fashion models of the sixties, novelist Sandra Howard, who will be in conversation with broadcaster and novelist, Penny Smith. Somerset Maugham prizewinner, Simon Garfield will talk about his latest book, On the Map, at 3.30pm and writer and presenter, Edward Stourton, will be in conversation with Rabbi Laura Janner-Klausner about his new book, Cruel Crossing - Escaping Hitler Across the Pyrenees, at 5.00pm.
