Street Photography Course-5weeks

If you have a passion for photography you'll love this 5 WEEK course designed to explore the exciting genre of street photography and move your photography to the next level.

As well as dealing with the craft and technical aspects of picture making this course is also designed to be fun and develop your creative potential.
Based in the vibrant and colourful East End of London you'll have plenty of opportunity to explore different themes and techniques, develop skills, gain confidence and enhance your visual literacy.

Through a series of slideshow presentations, lectures, discussions, regular reviews AND 1-to-1 tuition with a bias on practical work you will be guided towards producing a themed body of work and a published photobook through leading photobook publisher, Bob Books who have very kindly offered students a 15% discount.

Bob Books photobooks are the perfect way to document and showcase your portfolios and projects. You can even share and sell your published work via the online Bob Bookshop. Your photobook will certainly take pride of place on your coffee table and be a great source of discussion.

DSLR/ bridge/ compact or rangefinder digital camera
Lens(es)
Pen and notepad
Card reader or USB lead that connects to your camera
Charged battery
Memory cards

As much of the course will be based outdoors and will involve walking you are advised to wear comfortable shoes. Bring your camera gear to class every week, you will need it.

Who is the course for?
Anyone with an interest in photography who is ready to hit the streets and explore the world around them. Rob is very experienced teaching mixed ability groups and can differentiate the work accordingly.
