Star guest performers:Tamara Gverdtsiteli, Sergey Zakharov, Vladimir Grishko, and the international finalists will sing around 30 best Russian Folk and Romance songs by famous Russian composers.

The judges are Tamara Gverdtsiteli, famous singer, People's Artist of Russia, and Georgia (Chair), Sergey Zakharov, Russian baritone, St. Petersburg; Vladimir Grishko, tenor, Kiev, Ukraine, Seva Novgorodtsev, BBC presenter, London; Graeme Broadbent, singing professor, RCM; Count Petr Cheremetieff, president of the Russian Music Society of France. The Patron of the Festival is Legendary Russian Baritone Sergey Zakharov. Supported by the Ministry for Culture of Russian Federation.
