John McKie Exhibition

John says: 'I like contrasts, juxtaposition and silliness, seriousness that is really just nonsense and nonsense that is supposed to be serious. My motivations vary but I suppose current events, mindless celebrity culture, mainstream brainwashing media and general upside down-ness are influences'.

John's funny, subversive and beautiful work has an extraordinary range. You can see a wide selection of it at SPACE art gallery from April 6th-May 3rd.
