Lee Valley Duathlon

Aimed at novices and begineers alike, anyone 14 years old or above is welcome to take part in the second Lee Valley Duathlon.

The flat safe event comprises a 2.5km run, a 7km bike ride and a final 2km run on a flat and largely traffic-free course on tarmac road (cycle) and soft bark trail (run).

Participants start and finish at Lee Valley Athletics Centre and will all start in one wave.

The event is supported and funded by Lee Valley Regional Park Authority; Triathlon England and Sport England’s Sportivate programme.

Entry fee is £12 (plus a £3 day racing licence for those not affiliated to Triathlon England/British Triathlon Federation). Entrants are required to provide their own bike.
