Ferdiesfoodlab creator, Simon Fernandez, has taste down to a science. This seasoned chef has been creating some of the freshest, tastiest cuisine in the City for years, but since Simon began hosting intimate supper clubs in a banquet hall in Toynbee Hall, his has become a pinnacle of London supper clubs. Now Lime&Tonic members have premium invitations to ferdiesfoodlab. Walking under a great fig tree, you'll enter the wood-panelled banquet hall, where you'll be treated to some of the most delicious meals imaginable in a de-formalised banquet-style dinner.

Simon favours fresh and tasty international cuisine, with inspirations from classic French and pan-European dishes. The menu of your supper club depends on what's freshest at local markets, as well as your tastes, and Simon's whims! But whatever it is, you're sure to be amazed. Each course is delivered to the table for guests to share, and is designed in a way that encourages people to engage with one another. Some recent supper clubs have included a special seafood night, which featured melt-in-your-mouth rainbow trout sashimi with tangy citrus soy, fresh shrimp, and tender octopus cooked with red peppercorns and sherry vinegar. Other favourites included hot and cold seafood salad with octopus, orange, paprika, squid and whitebait; and perfectly sliced white fish ceviche and edamame.
