With this very special London dining event at Cinnamon Kitchen, you won't have to choose, because chefs Abdul Yaseen and Steven Smith have created an extraordinary menu fusing the flavours of east and west into one remarkable meal.

You'll start with a champagne and canapé reception in the stylish dining room of Cinnamon Kitchen. Here you'll chat with fellow diners and meet the chefs. Then it's time to sit down to your mouth-watering fusion meal. You'll start with wild garlic and parsley soup, served with bengali crab and cod cake. It's a spicy and tangy broth packed with succulent seafood. Another starter will come your way next: Tandoori-cooked organic salmon, served with dill and mustard, as well as Dublin bay prawn cannelloni with apple seaweed and dash. This is a mouth-watering dish that defines fusion cooking. Your next course is a savoury foie gras, with St George mushroom bourguignon served with sarsons vinegar. Then it's time for a heavenly main course of roast saddle of kentish lamb, served with masala new Jersey royals, with cumin-tempered spinach sauce. For dessert you'll have refreshing Amalfi lemon served with pistachio "kulfi", a delicious Indian frozen dessert that perfectly compliments the lemon's citrus bite. After dessert you'll enjoy your choice of premium coffee or tea, along with petits fours.
