The Whisper Tree

The Whisper Tree knows all the stories. It even knows yours.
Promenade theatre for children under 10, and adventurous parents!
Staged in the historical courtyard of the Actor’s Church The Whisper Tree will create an interactive storytelling experience for children under 10.

Audience members are guided by the cast through an immersive fairytale world in search for the Whisper Tree - a magical tree with endless knowledge. Along the journey they will be allowed the chance to engage with their surroundings and interact with the performers, participating in scenes that will excite and entertain them.
The children will encounter scenes where they will join in a party and play party games, be taken by surprise by a wolf in a forest, and play traditional playground games with members of the cast.

Originally performed last year at the Pembroke Festival with the support of Arts Council Wales, Travelling Show Theatre are delighted to be able to bring ‘The Whisper Tree’ to the Iris Theatre this summer.
