Classico Latino Concert

Classico Latino blends the extraordinary breadth and variety of Latin American music with the beauty of the classical idiom, performed with verve and virtuosity and creating music with an extraordinary appeal to people from all cultural backgrounds.

Formed in 1999 by Colombian pianist Ivan Guevara and two rising stars of the British classical music scene, cellist Graham Walker and violinist Lizzie Ball, Classico Latino developed a unique style by combining classical music techniques with the Latin American melodies and rhythms.

Their new album Journey Through Latin America was recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios and presents iconic melodies from across the continent as well as original new works.
