Sometimes you want a meal that's exotic, without sacrificing the elegance of fine dining. At Golden Arrow Restaurant, you can sample cuts of crocodile and kangaroo meat while you get a cooking demonstration from Head Chef Rees Smith at the Chef's Table in the private open-plan kitchen. You've probably never tasted meat quite like this, and you're in for a memorable, and delicious, meal.

Your first course is a crocodile ceviche of lemon and lime, with red chilli, coriander leaves, and mirin. Crocodile is a white meat that's succulent, with a unique flavour that's complimented perfectly by the citrus and chilli. Next you'll enjoy Josper-grilled loin of kangaroo, marinated with a house blend of spices and herbs, and served with triple-cooked chips, confit vine tomatoes and Béarnaise sauce. This exotic meat is tender and deep red. For dessert, you'll enjoy rose petals tea jelly, with vanilla panacotta and cranberry shortbread biscuits.
