As the Summer draws to an end and we prepare for Autumn this workshop will provide a wonderful platform for the weeks and months ahead. As well as being led through a range of tailored meditations, guided visualisations and breathing techniques, you will also be given tips and ideas for self-practise meditation. The class will be integrated with restorative yoga postures specifically aimed to facilitate and deepen meditation. The class will end with an extended yoga nidra - "yogi sleep".

This workshop will provide a space to relax the body and mind, exploring ways to relieve stress in the body. Meditation has been scientifically proven to improve the overall health of the body, by helping sleep, reducing pain, boosting the immune system and energy levels. Regular meditation enhances focus and concentration in our work and daily activities.

With a background in therapeutic work, Clive has a creative and inclusive approach to yoga, which supports people in cultivating an intuition in their own bodies. Classes emphasise linking breath with the movement of the body to help direct attention inwards and become more aware of experiences from moment to moment.
