As part of a global day of action in support of the Arctic, Greenpeace is taking over a public space in the heart of London for a unique visual display capturing the beauty of the frozen landscape at the top of world.

Using state-of-the-art projection technology the environmental group will bring the imposing eastern façade of Friends House, near Euston station, to life with a breath-taking 4D animation featuring giant polar bears and other Arctic wonders. A message from young Hollywood talent Ezra Miller (We Need to Talk About Kevin), who has joined a Greenpeace expedition to the North Pole, will open and close each projection.

This is a chance for Londoners to join thousands of people around the world as they come together to send a clear message to corporations who want to profit from Arctic destruction – we love the Arctic. The pictures, films and messages we make will be delivered to Kiruna – a small town in Sweden – where the leaders of the powerful Arctic Council will meet in May to discuss the destiny of the place at the top of the world which affects us all.
