A music show in North Library, forming part of Project Adorno’s mission to establish alternative pop gigs in libraries.
Based around a theme of 'urban folktales', this one will represent a rare UK performance by the critically-acclaimed cult musician Momus, a controversial and influential provocateur of the indie music scene. 'One of pop's most scurrilous and brittle lyricists' - The Guardian . The event also features a set from quirky cabaret songstress & polyester fashion expert Lorraine Bowen. Pop songs with panache and lashings of surreal comedy, including musings on her musical colon, bingo wings and burgers.
A much anticipated sell-out.
