Digital Photography Summer School

The PCL Summer School is aimed at beginners who want to fully control their digital camera. We welcome adults, teenagers and college/university students alike.

It is from our modern premises in Shoreditch, Central London and sessions are every day from Monday 12 August to Friday 16, 10.30 - 14.00.

You will learn everything from controlling your camera to the fundamentals of photography such as understanding exposure, aperture, shutterspeed and ISO.

You will also go into the more complex functions of your camera such as white balance, histograms, RAW and lenses and you'll also cover composition and options for post-production.



The course is delivered in a classroom environment and delivered through a combination of theory and indoor and outdoor practical exercises.

 Places are limited to 10 to ensure a high amount of attention from the tutor.


The course is delivered by Mikael Eliasson. A digital photography and retouching specialist with a high level of teaching experience.
