El Rumbon Cubano Salsa Party

Monthly Cuban night with two rooms – salsa room with live music, DJs and Cuban salsa classes, plus bachata room with top DJs and Dominican style bachata classes.

Long running Cuban night El Rumbon Cubano will be back on Friday 14th June 2013 with live music from Orquesta Sabor Cubano, directed by Rey Crespo and featuring a stellar line-up of Cuban musicians.

Also in the Salsa Room, DJ Green Papi (Oriente Star Sound) will be on the decks spinning some delicious timba and salsa till 4am. The legendary Fadi K will be teaching a rueda class at 9pm (improvers/intermediates & advanced levels).

Downstairs in the Alcadanz Bachata Room, there’ll be Dominican style Bachata classes with Simon Lord Bachata. Plus DJ Julian Mr M and DJ Dani K until 4am.

If you who haven’t yet ventured to El Rumbon Cubano, The Latin Groove Lounge is a long established Latin club situated right opposite Archway tube station. Downstairs is a quirky, tropical club with great dance space, lots of booths and seating and a welcoming cosy feel. Upstairs is a large club with a full stage, wooden floor, well stocked bar, and smoking terrace.

£10 at the door includes free classes, live music from Orquesta Sabor Cubano, 2 rooms of music, and 3DJs!
