Live with Levi Roots

Rastafarian musician Levi Roots, who is famous for producing his Reggae Reggae Sauce, will be cooking LIVE at the Stratford Centre on Saturday 1st June.
The Dragons Den star will be creating dishes from his cookery books to demonstrate how to turn the simplest of ingredients into delicious tasty dishes.
Talented chefs from The Stratford Centres very own Eastern European store ‘Lituancia’ will also be taking to the stage to cook traditional Eastern European dishes.

Levi will be taking to the stage at 11am, 1pm and 3pm and Lituancia at 2pm!
Levi will be holding a book signing after each of his demos and you can purchase his books from WH Smith on the West Mall. His new book ‘Grill it with Levi’ is now out!
The ultimate dinner date guide, including the recipes, will be given away during the day, but if you do miss-out recipes will be available for download from the centres website and facebook page after the event.
