Hansel and Gretel Youth Opera Workshop: The Gingerbread Project

Do you like singing and dancing? This summer, Opera Holloway are hosting three days of all-in-one music, drama and movement workshops which finish with two public performances alongside professional singers!

We'd love for you to come and be part of Humperdinck's fairytale opera Hansel and Gretel and improve your singing and acting skills during the process. With just three days to put it all together it promises to be a jam-packed experience! You'll also get to meet other people who love performing too!

If you think opera's not for you, then this is our chance to prove you wrong. This is a show with a hilarious English translation by our own Artistic Director packed with food-fights, fun and beautiful music. This extra-curricular activity will also be particularly beneficial to any young people wanting to take music or drama GCSE.
