Dragon Boat Festival at Min Jiang

On Wednesday 12th June the bar at Min Jiang will be serving up Zong Zi rice dumplings to mark the day of the Dragon Boat Festival. Guests can enjoy a plate of dumplings alongside a Golden Dragon cocktail (vodka with triple sec, lime juice, mango and juice) for just £19.75. With its spectacular tenth-floor views of Hyde Park, Min Jiang is the perfect spot to celebrate this seasonal Chinese holiday, which commemorates Chinese poet Qu Yuan. These traditional dumplings, which are wrapped in bamboo leaves and simmered, will be available for one day only and pre-booking is essential.
