On Solid Ground is a project by International Rescue Committee UK and Panos Pictures that uses the idea of home to allow audiences across Europe to connect with the issues faced by people
hit by some of the most devastating humanitarian crises around the world.

Seven award-winning photographers traveled to seven countries to hear the stories of refugees and people living though disaster.
