'Beef Up Father's Day' will teach guests how to prepare and cook a range of British and Irish ingredients, with a specific focus on carvery and knife skills ideal for any man who sits at the head of the table. Priced at £250 per person, the masterclass includes a Champagne and canape reception, a three-course lunch with a guest and matching wine, and a goody bag including recipe cards from the day, apron and signed Richard Corrigan cookbook.
