Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese movement form. Practised both as a martial art and for its health benefits, Tai Chi is characterised by its flowing meditative movements.
Taught by the excellent Faisal, this is a Beginners and Intermediate level class although Advanced students are very welcome. Master classes may also follow, so please keep an eye on our calendar.
