The first in a series of ‘It’s Just One Big Disco’ parties at the lovely Player in W1 with resident party purveror Neil Thornton (Discovery) at the helm and special guest joining him every month June 29th sees Jac the Disco (Killed Cowboys) join the party where everything and anything goes from Disco old and new, house, rediscovered party unclassics and everything inbetween.

The Player is a fantastic initmate basement space in the heart of Soho equipped with a cracking Funktion 1 sound, renowned for great cocktails, friendly service, air conditioning plus the new Slider bar offering early evening food.

resident Neil Thornton - Neil has been running disco parties in London for overv 10 years alongside Lasermagnetic cohort Johnny Chingas. The boys have taken their brand of high gloss, and underground disco all over London pushing their non stop party mix to places like Fabric, East Village, The Egg, Turnmills, The Big Chill festival, Paris, Berlin, Japan to name a few. Alongside residencies at The Player,Sosho, The Great Eastern Hotel, The Horse and Groom and playing at special events like Vogue Magazine's 90th Birthday party, exclusive pop ups with Dita Von Tesse at Cointrau Prive' and the special Disco Convention parties they have have known to throw. Booking acts such as Little Boots, Horse Meat Disco, Greg Wilson, Daniel Wang, Lindstrom, Prins Thomas, Andrew Wetherall to name a few. Musically it is always about the party so expect a fun mix of disco and house old and new, rediscovered party unclassics and balearica.

Jay Rossi-Party purveyor Jay Rossi is not unfamiliar with throwing a shindig or two. After making a debut at Fabric, London in 2010 for the Filthy Duke’s and their infamous club night ‘Kill Em All’ helped to solidify his ability not only to educate but to entertain. Going on to play a host of parties around the world and being billed with the likes of Hot Chip, Juan Maclean, Ray Mang, Digitalism, Greg Wilson, Cosmic Kids, Riton.
