Culinary magicians Gastronomy Guys have been having fun in the kitchen! Treating it more like a lab they’ve been experimenting and exploring the science behind cooking, and have created some truly extraordinary foods which will all be showcased in their 7 course molecular gastronomy tasting menu.
Gastronomy Guys Creative Development Chef Sujan Sarkar was a 2011 National Chef of the year finalist, and is head chef at Automat in Mayfair. Sujan has worked closely with Gastronomy Guys for the last two years, including a 6 month pop up at Worship Street Whistling Shop and the development of a range of food experiences such as their wow factor Nitrogen Boiler, a desert station with a difference. With Sujan’s vast experience and constant thirst for the next great food adventure, Gastronomy Guys have created a 7 course fine dining experience for Kitchen Party.
