The world renowned Salam Musik make for Camden for this rare UK tour date. A great night out with awesome support from Austrailian band Starlight Theatre

When you fuse cultural and modern beats, you’ll get Salammusik. A band that gives music in Malaysia a breath of fresh air with not only addictive rhythms, but also with lyrics that yearn to be heard. The tunes of Salammusik are not foreign to the ears of music listeners. In 2010 Salam received his first AIM-17 Award for Best Hip-Hop Song 2010 with "Cerita Kedai Kopi" from the K.O. Mixtape. In July 2011 Salammusik released their first Album; Salam Musik. Most of the songs on the album hit the charts. Last November Salammusik received the AIM- 19 Award for “The Best Album of the year 2012” in the most prestigious award show of Malaysia.

Starlight Theatre are four friends doing the best they can to create something significant. Sometimes it works, sometimes not so much; either way the goal is to always enjoy the progression.

Usually described as somewhere in the Snow Patrol/U2/Coldplay musical space, the boys have had the opportunity to engage some great crowds nationwide and at home in Brisbane. On account of filling out venues and constructing a solid fan base over the last 12 months, Triple M described the outfit as ‘a band to watch over the next year’.

The last six months saw Starlight Theatre finish recording their new EP, 'Castle, Clocks & Cathedrals' with celebrated producer, Magoo (Powderfinger, Kate-Miller Heidke, Regurgitator) in his unorthodox studio an hour outside Brisbane.

These great bands plus guests will be performing at the prestigious live music venue in Camden. The atmosphere will be electric as always!
