Ami Spangler Eye For One: 1970 - 1978 The Formative Years

About The Collection: A beautiful collection of large acrylic on canvas paintings made between 1970 - 1978. Influenced by Cezanne and Matisse, much of this contemporary collection draws inspiration from the artist's life as a young painter in New York in the 1970s.

About The Artist: Ami Spangler was born in Pennsylvania in 1947 and lived in the UK for 20 years with her family. She is a painter, sculptor and yoga practitioner. She now lives and creates art in her studio in the mountains of New Mexico. She is very proud that her two London-based sons are organising this exhibition on her behalf.
