Marc and Nate Mainguard - Acoustic Performance

Come to inSpiral for this once-off night of musical magic: Marc Maingard is visiting London for just one week and playing a show while he’s here!

Marc Maingard is a troubadour in the truest sense of the word. A lifelong musician and recognised as one of the world’s top custom guitar makers, Marc has spent his whole life immersed in the universe of sound. He tells stories and writes songs that speak to the shared journeys we have as humans, and his experience and wisdom shine through in his lyrics and melodies.

Nate Maingard, who happens to be the inSpiral Open Mic Host, is Marc’s eldest son and the apple certainly did not fall far from the tree. Those who frequent the inSpiral Open Mic on Sundays will already know that Nate is an incorrigible storyteller and highly skilled lyricist. Well, he grew up listening to his dad, so there you go.

Marc and Nate will each be playing a set at this special once-off night, and there will certainly be some collaborations going on here and there. Marc’s daughter Lucinda Maingard (who works at inSpiral) will also be hopping on stage for a song or two!
