Georgia Mancio

Georgia Mancio is a marvellously talented Award-winning singer who has been working steadily on the Jazz scene for some years now. She has a lovely vocal tone and direct style that lends itself perfectly to her swinging and sophisticated set. It’s a measure of her impressive ability that she won the Brussels International Young Jazz Singers Award, beating 85 contestants from around the World. The repertoire she performs is an eclectic mix of Jazz standards, gentle Latin and infectious Brazilian music and not surprisingly she has a wonderful band accompanying her. Featuring terrific pianist Tim Lapthorn, this promises to be a great gig from a distinctive stylist of the UK Jazz scene.
