Rachel's Kitchen Sushi Masterclass

Join Rachel's Kitchen for a Sushi Masterclass in a beautiful new kitchen at Maida Hill Place. Le Cordon Bleu trained Rachel will teach you how to make maki rolls, inside-out rolls, nigiri and hand rolls using fresh fish, Japanese omelette, pickled daikon and an assortment of vegetables.

After the hands-on cookery class you'll get to tuck into your tasty creations before ending on a sweet note with Rachel's delicious green tea and wasabi ice cream. Wine and sake are also included.
