Rachel's Kitchen Fresh Pasta Masterclass

Join Rachel's Kitchen for our fresh pasta masterclass, one of our most popular classes.

Le Cordon Blue trained Rachel will teach you just how simple it is to make fresh pasta along with beautiful fillings and sauces. Dishes will include mouthwatering butternut squash ravioli with sage and lemon sauce and delicious fresh tagliatelle with wild mushrooms and gorgonzola.

Our classes are informative but our focus is on making sure everyone has fun along the way. You'll learn new tricks and techniques in a friendly and informal atmosphere with a great group of people.

After the hands-on cookery class you'll get to sit down to enjoy the dishes created along with fresh salads and beautiful ciabatta. All wine is included and the night will end with cardamom cantucci biscuits and coffee.
